Trey deMoville
The "GUY"

"Our AI works in your business so you can work on your business."

Trey deMoville is a results-driven operator, systems architect, and AI strategist working at the intersection of automation, agentic AI, and revenue operations. He is the Founder and CEO of Immersive Agentics, where he builds scalable AI-powered systems that replace manual labor, revive stalled revenue, and give small businesses enterprise-grade leverage without enterprise overhead.

With 15+ years leading digital transformation across real estate, legal, oil & gas, and professional services, Trey brings a rare blend of executive-level strategy and hands-on technical execution. His work focuses on turning fragmented tech stacks into cohesive, automated ecosystems that actually produce measurable outcomes — not dashboards that look good in meetings.

Trey’s operational background is anchored in marketing execution — not just strategy. He has built and managed full-stack marketing systems across email, social, content, SEO, and paid channels, giving him firsthand understanding of where marketing breaks down at scale. That experience is what drove him to build AI marketing departments that solve the real problems — inconsistent execution, high agency costs, and the gap between strategy and actual output.Rather than chasing shiny tools, Trey’s approach is relentlessly practical: reduce headcount dependency, increase response speed, and tie automation directly to revenue or cost savings. Under his leadership, Immersive Agentics has delivered recurring AI and automation systems across multiple industries, driving six-figure annual efficiency gains for clients while maintaining lean operational costs.

Before founding Immersive Agentics, Trey held senior leadership roles in enterprise SaaS, organizational effectiveness, and program operations, managing multimillion-dollar initiatives, global CRM deployments, and cross-functional teams. He has advised C-suite leaders on aligning technology investments with growth, profitability, and operational resilience — often cleaning up years of technical debt along the way.

Trey holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Education from Baylor University, grounding his technical expertise in business strategy and adult learning principles.

Outside of work, Trey is usually outdoors — chasing tennis balls, searching for golf balls, or intentionally getting lost on a run. The same curiosity that pulls him off the trail fuels his work: experimenting, iterating, and building systems that work better tomorrow than they did today.
