Immersive Agentics (“Immersive Agentics,” “we,” “us”) provides AI marketing services, including the Authority Engine and our client portal at client.immersiveagentics.com (together, the “Services”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & contact information: name, email address, phone number, and business name, used to create and authenticate your account and communicate with you.
• Connected account data (only with your explicit consent): when you connect a third-party account through our secure authorization (OAuth) process, we receive access tokens and the data you authorize, as described in Section 3.
• Usage data: actions taken in the Services, such as content published or reports viewed, used to operate and improve the Services.
• Support communications: messages, emails, or attachments you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the Services you request, including publishing content, managing marketing activity, and producing reports and dashboards for your business.
• Authenticate and maintain your account.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the Services.

3. Connected Platforms

Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Business profile information, posts, media, metadata, and analytics, used to publish content and report performance on accounts you authorize.

LinkedIn: Company page and profile information, posts, and analytics, used to publish content and report performance on pages you authorize.

Google: If you connect your Google account, and depending on the permissions you grant, we may access:

• Google Business Profile: business information, posts, reviews, and performance metrics, used to publish posts, keep your listing information current, and report on your profile’s performance.
• Google Analytics: read-only website analytics reports, used to show website performance in your client dashboard.
• Google Ads (including Local Services Ads and keyword planning data): account, campaign, lead, and performance data, used to report on and, where you authorize it, manage your advertising.

We request only the permissions needed for the features you use.

4. Google API Services: Limited Use Disclosure

Immersive Agentics’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Services that you requested.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us affirmative consent for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• We transfer Google user data to third parties only as necessary to provide the Services, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With the platform you authorized (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google), as required to perform actions you request.
• With service providers (such as hosting and data processing vendors) who help us operate the Services, under confidentiality obligations and only for that purpose.
• With legal authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Security

Your information, including access tokens, is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is limited to authorized Immersive Agentics personnel, and we apply industry-standard safeguards against unauthorized access or misuse.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Disconnect an account at any time from your client portal, or directly with the platform: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, Meta in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and LinkedIn in your account settings.
• Access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing trey@immersiveagentics.com or using our data deletion request page.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services or meet legal obligations. When you disconnect an account, we stop accessing it and delete the associated access tokens. When you request deletion, we remove your data from our systems except where retention is required by law.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at https://immersiveagentics.com/privacy-policy/, with the effective date shown at the top.
